The Horse BarnHorse Information And Horse supplies for Horsemen
I now have more time to share my horse training methods with you. I have about thirty head I will be working with over the next six months and about fifteen of those horses need to be ridden on the trails so I can sell them by next spring. I will document what I do on a daily basis with my horses, which range in age from 5 days old on up. I'm going to start packing my video and digital camera in order to give you a chance to learn how I work with horses. I learn best that way and I think you will too. I am 61 years old now so my horse training methods should work for you too, as I have had to develop better horse training ideas in order to keep this old body in one piece. The type of horse training will vary from training the weanlings to lead, to starting 5 year olds. I have mares, studs, geldings, weanlings, and yearlings. All quarter horses, except for one Kiger mustang gelding and one paint gelding. Coat colors are red roans, blue roans, bay roans, a couple of palominos and a couple of black horses. I sold or gelded all my older studs this fall, so they are going to make some fine riding horses. There are 3 weanling stud colts and at least one, maybe two are Blueroans. Here is my horse list:
The list of horse is long so I'll be a while getting each horse's picture and horse pedigree posted so check back often and if you see something you like let me know. Dale Anderson phone (360) 398-1505 Dale
